ResCare Workforce Services
As a participant in the Arbor/ResCare program, students are provided valuable assessment tools and attend workshops focused on life skills, personal finance, career exploration, job readiness prep, higher education planning and for some participants, a paid work experience. The Arbor staff works closely with several agencies including CareerLink, Workforce Investment Board, local school districts, Job Corps and higher education providers. Through these additional services, Arbor is able to develop a customized plan for each participant based on their needs and the current workforce and educational demands.
